Warner Bros. Studios have released a slideshow containing twenty pics for their upcoming and highly secretive project Cloud Atlas.
The film is an adaptation of David Mitchell’s critically acclaimed 2004 novel based on the same name and is directed by the Wachowskis (The Matrix trilogy) and Tom Tykwer (The International).
While plot details are being kept under wraps, the film’s premise spans across six centuries and revolves around “an exploration of how the actions of individual lives impact one another in the past, present and future, as one soul is shaped from a killer into a hero, and an act of kindness ripples across centuries to inspire a revolution.”
The film stars Tom Hanks, Halle Barry, Hugo Weaving, Susan Sarandon, Ben Winshaw and Jim Sturgess. Cloud Atlas will hit theaters later this year on October 26th, 2012.
